Tickets

Weekend tickets are sold in tiers — the earlier you buy, the less you pay, and the price steps up as each tier sells out. There's a hard cap on how many are sold online. Walk-in gate tickets cost more and are outside that cap.

Tickets are non-refundable, but they're transferable to a friend with organizer approval (resale is not allowed). You can start a transfer from your wallet once you're signed in.

Where you'll stay

You can add a whole room at the historic ranch (single-queen rooms and larger king / group rooms, each sleeping up to five, for the three nights) or a camping spot under the stars. Tickets and lodging are booked separately.

Every guest still needs a weekend ticket — a room or campsite is where you sleep, not your entry.

Refunds & changes

• Accommodation is fully refundable until the cutoff shown at checkout before the retreat, then final — minus the card processing fee.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Tickets are non-refundable but transferable (see above).

Registration & entry

Buying a ticket holds your spot; to actually be admitted, every attendee registers once: create an account, fill in your details, sign the waiver, and confirm you're 21 or older. You'll get reminders, and unregistered tickets are released on day two of the event.

At the gate you show the QR from your wallet or your confirmation email — it scans even with no signal.

Getting there

Cábala is held at Rancho de la Osa Guest Ranch in Sasabe, Arizona — remote high-desert, about an hour and a half southwest of Tucson near the border. Come with a full tank, layers for cool desert nights, and anything you need for a few days off the grid. Detailed directions and a what-to-bring list go out in your pre-arrival email.
